If you feel that you are living in overcrowded conditions, you may be eligible to be moved to a different property.

Please be aware that the decision rests with the Southwark Council, not the JMB. We strongly advice that, before applying, you read carefully the Statutory Overcrowding Assessment Criteria attached below, to check if you are eligible:
