Abbi Agana
Chief Executive Officer

Abbi Agana is the Chief Executive Officer,

She is responsible for the Strategic leadership of the whole organisation and the operational management of the Data, Technology, HR and Finance depts.

she reports to the Board and works in partnership with Residents and Southwark council.

Tina Bull
Executive Lead for Housing & Operations

Tina has strategic oversight for all customer functions within the JMB, this includes, Customer Services &Complaints, Housing Services, Homeownership & Leasehold Services, Estates Services and Resident Engagement.

Caroline Davies
Executive Lead for Property

Caroline provides senior leadership for our Asset function within the JMB, this includes, Responsive Repairs, Compliance & Building Safety, Fire Safety, Major Works Programmes, and high-level contract management with contractors.

Majda Pamic
Head of Finance

Majda leads on all financial dealings within the JMB, supporting managers with budgeting for the financial yearoverseeing budgets and providing strategic financial planning and compliance oversight.

Xander Holmes
Senior Housing Services Manager

Xander is responsible for the Housing and Resident Engagement team. Xander has a wealth of experience in housing, supporting his team through complex cases, tenancy action and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to engage with Leathermarket JMB.

Daniella Rebacz – Drabik
Estates Services Manager

Daniella oversees all aspects of our estates team, from our caretakers who are out everyday keeping the estates clean and the gardeners who pride themselves on making the estates looking the best in Southwark.

Jennifer Dawn
Homeownership & Leasehold Manager

Jennifer manages our Homeownership team ;this includes overseeing all services that are provided to homeowners and leaseholders within the JMB and providing specialist advice on all leasehold related functions.

Ryan Doggett
Resident Engagement & Service Improvement Officer

Ryan leads JMB’s Resident Engagement, working side-by-side with Tenant and Resident associations to build strong relationships and create meaningful opportunities for residents to engage with us. He also supports service improvement, collaborating with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and help strengthen our day-to-day service delivery.

Abbigail Hamilton
Repairs Lead

Abbigail is responsible for Leading and managing the inhouse repairs team and external contractors to deliver a highquality, efficient responsive repairs service. Diagnosing and specify complex repairs, oversee scheduling, monitor KPIs, and ensure strong performance across all repair's activities. Maintain effective budgetary control, manage emergency and outofhours repairs provision, and resolve escalated complaints to ensure excellent resident service 

Ariane Byrne
Data & Asset Manager

Ariane is responsible for Leading on Planned Works programme & future investments, Assisting with major works programmes and asset data management. Overseeing contracts, planned programmes , and statutory requirements and Ensuring accurate reporting to support planning and strategic decision-making.

Paul Wooldridge
Compliance & Building Safety Lead

Paul leads JMB's Building Safety, working closely with Southwark Council on this, and the "traditional six" services of Compliance - Fire Gas, Electric, Water, Lifts and Hazardous Materials (including Asbestos). He is focused on strategy, procedure and performance improvement. Paul is passionate about safety and his mission is to ensure all our residents live in a safe home.

Senior HR Business Partner

Jeramel is responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant delivery of all HR operations, maintaining adherence to employment legislation, policies, and best practice. Providing support to managers on people management challenges, including complex and sensitive cases, and organisational change. Lead on HR team strategy driving high quality people services and shaping HR initiatives that support organisational goals.
