Dear residents at 79-89 Meakin Estate,

We are aware of the water leak in your block. Our contractor, OCO, has been to the site, evaluated the situation, and is bringing in specialized equipment to rectify it as quickly as possible. As we are already closely monitoring the situation, we ask you to please not call our out-of-hours service over the weekend to report it.

Our staff will attend over the weekend, to ensure the leak is contained and any spillage is cleared.
