Dear Residents of Crosby Row, Lockyer Estate & Hamilton Square,
The Annual General Meeting of your Tenants & Residents Association will take place on Tuesday 9th September, 6:30pm to 8pm, at the lobby of the JMB office and online.
For those of you who would like to nominate and vote in officers and Directors but cannot attend either in person or online, a proxy form is available at the back of the meeting notice. Please feel it out and have it returned to the office before the start of the meeting.
