Update regarding Peveril House Lifts

Dear Residents,

We wanted to provide you with the latest update regarding the lifts at Peveril House.

Earlier today, our lift consultants were on site from the morning to carry out a detailed inspection. They identified a fault with lift 1119 (left hand side), which was repaired by midday. After the lift became operational, our consultants remained on site for an additional two hours to monitor its performance and ensure no further faults occurred.

Please note that while the lift is currently working, there are some underlying issues that may cause further breakdowns in the future. A full technical report will be issued to us on Monday, and we will continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available.
