URGENT: Peveril House lifts out of service

Dear Peveril House Residents,

We are aware about the situation with the lifts in your block. Our lift contractors, Summit, attended site earlier this afternoon but were unfortunately unable to restore either lift to service. We have been informed that the Left-Hand lift requires a part to be ordered, while the Right-Hand lift will need a visit from a senior lift technician, which has been scheduled for Monday.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates as soon as we have more information.
