Lyly House Lift Refurbishment Works

Dear Lyly House Residents,

Please be aware that the lift refurbishment programme in your block is scheduled to commence on Monday 24th November, with an anticipated completion date on Monday 9th February 2026. You will be notified in advance if there are any delays to this schedule.

We understand that the temporary unavailability of the lift is an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for the disruption resulting from it. If you have any concerns regarding your own wellbeing, or that of your neighbour(s), during that period, please share them with your Housing Services Officer, Roseline Abo (roseline.abo@lmjmb.org.uk / 020 7450 8016) who will be happy to discuss any support that the JMB may be able to offer.

Please note that due to the nature of the refurbishment, there will be episodes of noise disruption. A separate notice will be issued at least 1 week in advance to inform you of the specific dates and times of any such episodes occurring.
