Stock Condition Survey
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that Leathermarket JMB is conducting a survey of the properties we manage to assess their current condition.
The programme is scheduled to conclude by January 2025.
During this period, a surveyor will visit your property. We kindly request that you grant them access to all rooms in your home, including the loft space (where accessible). The surveyor will need to take photographs in each room to assist in the assessment.
Additionally, the surveyor will present photographic identification upon arrival for your verification.
