Take our residents’ survey on the Estates Improvement Plan

The Leathermarket JMB & CBS are working together to produce an Estates Improvement Plan. The aim is to produce a long term plan about how we meet residents’ aspirations for their block and estates.

We would like to know our residents’ views:

·    As part of the good management of your estate; to ensure we take on your views about the management, maintenance, and improvements of your estate.

·    To contribute to the work of Leathermarket CBS in building new affordable homes for residents in housing need; in particular to ensure that the right type of homes are built for JMB residents.
