Tributes to Richard Bailey

Thanks for letting us know this sad news.  Richard did so much for so many in our community and was a true gentleman at all times.  It would be very fitting to have a tribute to Richard put on the website.  Happy to be part of any proper tribute you see fitting for such an inspirational caring person  Debbie ( Lawson Tenants & Residents Association)
