Notice of Intention for Leaseholders regarding retendering the 5 year heating contract
Notices of intention have been sent to leaseholders with details of how Leathermarket JMB intends to put the 5 year contract for maintaining individual and communal heating systems, gas safety checks, communal water tanks and mechanical ventilation systems in tower blocks out to competitive tender.
The current contract with T Brown group is due to expire in October 2015.
