Main accountabilities
Repairs Admin
Log, track, and manage all damp and mould repair requests, including new and inherited cases, using Excel trackers and internal systems
Coordinate appointments between residents, surveyors, and contractors following inspections
To support and administer invoices for the property services team
Ensure all photographic evidence, moisture readings, and reports are accurately recorded and filed
Raise repair orders based on inspection findings and liaise with in-house teams and external contractors.
Manage administrative tasks related to disrepair cases, including booking works and post-inspection………
Repairs Scheduler
Planning, scheduling and allocating all aspects of repair jobs so that the work can be managed within the agreed priority times for DLO and contractors.
Logging repairs ensuring that the right level of detail is captured so that jobs can be completed within one visit, whenever possible.
Analysing demand and work in progress to identify opportunities to optimise performance, particularly First Time Fix and upholding JMB values.
Re-prioritisation of works where applicable, balancing the needs of the tenant, the requirements of the tenancy agreement and the efficient use of the available repairs’ operatives.
Applying correct schedule of rates codes to standard repairs works orders both for the in-house team and for contractors.
Ensuring that work orders are completed and the repairs system is updated in real time with accurate and sufficiently detailed information…….
