Responsive Repairs Policy consultation

Dear Residents,

You are the reason we are here, and we want this to be reflected in the quality of service that we provide. To this effect we want to further our approach to Repairs and Maintenance as set out in your Tenancy and Lease agreements, by putting together the Responsive Repairs Policy. It outlines what repairs JMB will carry out and what the residents are expected to keep maintained.

Below you will find the draft of the policy. Please read it carefully and respond to the survey by following the link provided.
