Important update on parking arrangements on JMB estates

Dear Residents,

In response to multiple requests to address parking issues on our estates, we are enhancing the parking arrangements.

Starting from Monday 3 November 2025 parking enforcement will be in place 7am – 7pm seven days a week.

This is an increase from the current arrangement which is 7:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Please remember that you MUST display your resident permit alongside your parking permit. This also applies to the disabled parking permits.

To request a free resident permit please contact the JMB reception.
