ESTATES CLEANER

• Hours: Full-time – 36 hours per week
• Salary: £30,120 – £31,434 p.a

The JMB is a tenant-managed housing organisation based in the vibrant Bermondsey neighbourhood, managing 1,600 properties on behalf of Southwark Council. We are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and hardworking Estates Cleaner, to provide a comprehensive cleaning service across Leathermarket JMB’s housing estates and the external environment and shared communal areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Manual handling and health safety awareness
• Knowledge of basic estate cleaning techniques
• The ability to lift and carry bulky and heavy items

This role is physically demanding and will involve working outdoors in all weathers.
