CONTRACTS COORDINATOR
Leathermarket JMB are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Responsive Repairs Team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive, resident-focused services.
The JMB is a tenant-managed housing organisation based in the vibrant Bermondsey neighbourhood, managing 1,600 properties on behalf of Southwark Council. The post holder will be primarily based in our friendly and welcoming office in the heart of the community that we serve, just a few minutes’ walk from London Bridge Station.
Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring contractors provide value for money, quality services and the JMB’s building and property maintenance and compliance obligations are fully met. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team engaged in the delivery of outstanding services.
