Leathermarket JMB are looking for an experienced, energetic, and effective manager to support our Resident Services Team in the delivery of high-quality, responsive, resident-focused services. The JMB is a tenant-managed housing organisation based in the vibrant community of Bermondsey, managing 1,600 properties on behalf of Southwark Council. The post holder will be based in our friendly and welcoming office just a few minutes’ walk from London Bridge Station.

Working as an integral part of our management team, you will provide visible leadership to our Resident Services colleagues, supporting them across the breadth of their duties, including rent and service charge collection, management of anti-social behaviour, major works consultations, estate inspections, liaison with residents’ associations, and supporting those who need our help.

An important part of the role is being visible on our estates and listening and talking to our residents, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to support achievement of our aims.
