Rough sleepers

Dear Residents

It has been brought to the attention of JMB that we have been experiencing a high level of rough sleepers on your estate.

Please note that we are currently working with London Borough of Southwark, the Safer Neighbour Team and streetwise to address these issues.

We recommend for your own safety that you do not approach or engage with any of the rough sleepers you may see on the estate.

Please contact 101 to report any incidents or 999 if you have concerns or feel threatened in anyway.

The safety of our residents is very important to JMB and all incidents reported to us will be taken seriously
