Leathermarket JMB Members’ AGM: 6pm to join and 6.30pm to start: Wednesday 3rd November 2021.

If you are a JMB member please join us for our AGM. Anyone over the age of 18 who is resident in the JMB area can become a member. Only members can participate in the meeting. If you  cannot remember if you have signed-up we can check for you. Alternatively if you qualify, but are not signed up, there is still time to sign up as a member. Just because you are a secure tenant or resident leaseholder you may not necessarily be a member. A legal requirement is for us to check that only members vote. Your help with our administration by registering in advance for the AGM will be appreciated. You can still join the meeting on the night, but it may take time to let you into the meeting from the waiting room, we suggest that you log-on at 6pm. Non-resident leaseholders can be observers, but not participants, at the meeting
and we will record your vote separately.

If there are any general issues that you want to raise at the AGM please notify us in advance of the meeting, so that we can have the necessary information to hand. The minutes of the last AGM in 2020 and 2020/21 audited accounts will be displayed on screen. They will also be available on the JMB’s website. We can also email copies in advance on request.
