Whites Grounds – Roof Repairs & External Decorations 2021

Roof repairs & External Decoration works for White Grounds Estate will be starting on Monday 7th June, however site set up will be starting on Monday 24th May. Please see Here for exact location. Please do not park on these spaces from Sunday 23rd May, any vehicle parked there will be removed.

The contractors for these works are Durkan. They are a resident focused contractor and have wide experience undertaking identical works around occupied estates and will employ safe working measures.

Durkan will soon be sending out letters to introduce themselves. Once present on site they will have a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) providing a single point of resident contact. Contact details will follow in the introductory letter. Raising queries directly with the RLO will result in the quickest resolution of your queries.

The proposed works are:

 Roof repairs & roof insulation
 Roof insulation and fire compartmentation works
 Concrete, brick & render repairs
 Renew stairwell flat roof coverings
 Communal walkway re-coverings
 Repairs and redecorations to external and communal areas

Works will inevitably be disruptive but all practical measures will be taken to keep disruption to a minimum
