Southwark Council’s updated Fire Safety policy

The Council has now concluded its review of Fire Safety of Communal Areas, which was often referred to as the review of the Zero Tolerance approach.

Fire safety officers will be carrying out site specific assessments to determine which blocks will have a ‘zero tolerance’ or a ‘managed’ approach.
