JMB Continuation Ballot this October

We are asking every resident to vote in the JMB’s 5 year continuation ballot which takes place during October.

The ballot will determine who manages our estates for the next five years.  The choice is between the resident lead JMB and the Council. Although we are confident we will retain management the main message to our residents is “make sure you vote”.  A strong vote enables the JMB to negotiate even better outcomes for the community.

You will receive your ballot form in the post from an independent company called Electoral Reform Services. You can return the ballot form in the pre paid envelope provided or vote online.
